Nommie's Baked Beans
Ingredients
8 Slices Bacon
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Kidney Beans
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Pinto Beans
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Navy Beans
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Chili Beans
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Great Northern Beans
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Black Beans
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Red Beans
2 Large Onions, diced
1 - 1 1/2 cups Brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup Vinegar
Parsley (optional)
1 (15.5oz) can Allens Kidney Beans

2 Large Onions, diced
1 - 1 1/2 cups Brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Mustard
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 cup Vinegar
Parsley (optional)
Directions
Fry bacon and onions together until crisp. Crumble bacon and set aside. Mix brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder and vinegar together, adding salt and pepper to taste, then cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Combine with bacon and onion. Add beans - drain if too soupy - to mixture, then bake at 325° for 60 to 90 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Makes 12 generous servings.
