Avocado Dip with Black Beans and Corn
1 15.25 oz can Allens Whole Kernel Corn, drained
3/4 Cups Salsa
2 Avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
1 medium Onion, minced
1 Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Chili powder
In a bowl, mix the avocados, Allens black beans, Allens corn, onion, salsa, cilantro, and lemon juice. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper.
