1 can (15 oz) Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables, drained
1 16 oz. jar Salsa
1 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, chopped
In medium bowl, stir together salsa, Veg-All and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Cook's Note: Accompany with tortilla chips, toasted pita triangles or fresh veggies. Or layer with shredded lettuce, cream cheese, refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese and sliced ripe olives for a layered Mexican-style chip dip.
