Ingredients
1can28-oz. AllensĀ® Cut Italian Green Beans, not drained
1pkg.14 oz. smoked sausage, sliced or 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2clovesgarlicminced
1can14.5-oz. Diced Tomatoes, not drained
1cuplong grain white rice
3/4cupwater
1tsp.dried oregano
Salt and black pepperto taste
Hot sauceoptional
Instructions
Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Add garlic and cook 15 seconds, stirring constantly.
Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with hot sauce, if desired.
