Ingredients
1can28 oz. Allen’s® Cut Italian Green Beans, drained
1 1/2lb.lean ground beef
1/4cupfinely chopped onion
12saltine crackersfinely crushed (about ½ cup)
3Tbsp.Worcestershire sauce
1egg
1Tbsp.olive oil
1can15 oz. Tomato Sauce
3Tbsp.packed brown sugar
Instructions
Combine beef, onion, cracker crumbs, Worcestershire and egg in a large bowl. Mix well.
Shape meat into 6 rectangular mini meatloaves, each about the size of a deck of cards (3-1/2 x 2-1/2 x 1/2-inch thick).
Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium-high heat; brown meatloaves 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove meatloaves from pan and set aside. Drain fat from pan.
Add sauce and brown sugar to pan. Bring to a boil; stir in green beans. Simmer over medium heat 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly reduced. Return meatloaves to pan and spoon sauce over tops. Simmer over medium heat, uncovered, 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked through.
