
Caviar Dip
It’s not a party without the caviar.
Ingredients
- 2 cans 15.5 oz. each Allen’s® Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 can 15.25 oz. Whole Kernel Corn, drained
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup bottled Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 2 tsp. hot sauce or 1 finely chopped seeded jalapeño
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate before serving with tortilla chips or bell pepper strips.
