Ingredients

  • 2 cans 15.5 oz. each Allen’s® Black Eyed Peas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can 15.25 oz. Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup bottled Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 tsp. hot sauce or 1 finely chopped seeded jalapeño
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Refrigerate before serving with tortilla chips or bell pepper strips.
